研究工作与成果

     本实验室以小麦为研究对象,利用正向与反向遗传学、转录组学、基因组学、分子和生化等方法解析小麦重要功能基因,特别是小麦真菌病害抗性基因。开展基因的定位、克隆和功能分析,并进行小麦的遗传改良和种质创新。重点包括:1、小麦锈病抗性基因的挖掘与定位、关键抗病基因的克隆、抗病分子机制的研究;2、小麦产量、发育相关基因克隆,功能机制的研究;3、小麦种质资源评价和小麦种质创新。

     课题组已成功从小麦及其近缘种属克隆到了7个抗锈病新基因,包括来自于拟斯贝尔托山羊草的Lr47,一粒小麦T. monococcumSr21、Sr60Sr22b;来源于四倍体小麦的Sr13、Sr9a-9h和Yr15(参与)。两个穗部发育相关基因HB2WAPO-A1(参与)。此外,先后发掘定位了Sr60、SrTm4、SrTm5、SrKN、LrKP等多个新型抗病基因。在Nature Communications、PNAS、New Phytologist、Plant Biotechnology Journal等国际主流刊物上发表了SCI论文30余篇,获批国家发明专利6项;主持国家、省、市科研项目6项,创制小麦新品系8份。
